  • How many hours a day do you spend looking at a computer screen?
  • Do you find yourself anxious or stressed about your work when you come into the office on Monday?
  • Do you get in a meal for breakfast and lunch every day?
  • How often do you eat lunch at your desk?
  • Would you be interested in developing habits to strengthen and increase your productivity and performance?

These questions set a great baseline of where your employees are at and if they are interested in incorporating a wellness plan into their office life. You need to know what areas they are struggling in: Is it diet? Movement? Organization? The above questions will help you clarify all these areas.

Make sure these questions are asked in a non-threatening way. It isn’t helpful to point out weak areas of your team without ensuring that you are supporting their growth and development with the use of the information provided.
