Surf Flow is sure to be an Ocean Beach favorite! It's a breath to movement class (Vinyasa) featuring dynamic flowing sequences combined with controlled breathing (Ujjayi breath) to create a moving meditation. Surfer's flow is about core strength, balance and stamina as well as an opportunity to dive deeper into your inner universe. Perfect for surfers and non surfers alike, this class will give you the tools to make riding those waves a little sweeter. Since its an intermediate/advanced class, we strongly recommend taking Beginner Vinyasa if your experience is limited.
