Join us at Sixty Hotel Beverly Hills in Los Angeles on March 30th for The Sleep Makeover: Be Better in Bed. This event hosted by The Food Good Club will offer grounded information and practical tools for catching the kind of zzz’s that will keep you feeling healthy and energized all day long. Together we’ll explore three functions of sleep: your physical health, your daily habits, and your mental health.

Plus, a light lunch is included from Caulfield’s Bar & Dining Room and valet parking is available for a discounted rate of $8 for all attendees!
