Then, return to the festival grounds and grab a bite from a delicious local food purveyor. Take a seat and invigorate your mind at one of the cutting-edge Speakeasy talks. In the late afternoon, join a heart-pounding HIIT session, take a Thai massage class or take flight in an aerial yoga hammock. As dusk falls, grab a pair of headphones and join others dancing to the beats of dueling live DJs at our signature silent disco. That’s just a sample of what’s awaiting you. 

From intimate, advanced yoga classes taught by world-renowned instructors in The Lab, to the open air fitness studio where you’ll find your new favorite way to break a sweat to The Haven where you’ll wind down with revitalizing bodywork sessions—over the course of two days, Marymoor Park will serve as your urban retreat.
